Provision of new reception area, boardroom, lecture rooms, offices, works stations, library, break-out areas, catering and staff facilites.

Minimally invasive approach required to rewire and integrate computer and data-systems redecoration, new toilets and staff areas, levelling of floors, fireproofing, new fireplaces, all accomplished after negotiation with planning authorities and conservation officer to avoid a planning application.

Savings in procurment process and minimised bridging-finance costs doubly assisted the client in both facilitating early moving from former headquarters.

Conserved and completed building was officially opened by President Mary Robinson who was warmly complimentary of the finished project.
